All customer support queries are routed through a Support Ticket System which could be installed for you on your servers. Customers contact the support team and are serviced by Total Quality Tech Support only via the ticket system or 24/7 Live Chat. This way , all replies are tracked and saved chat transcripts are automatically forwarded to you. In effect, for your customers, Support Service is equivalent to an In-House Team.

When you sign up with eTech Support, you will need to assign an address, support@yourdomain.com, which will forward to our addresses yourdomain@eTech Support. All queries are sent to support@yourdomain.com. This way, you can seamlessly shift support over to the Total Quality Dedicated eTech Support Team without even letting your customers know the difference.
