How to Change Your WordPress URLs

Changing your WordPress site’s URL is necessary if you’re switching from HTTP to HTTPS, changing your domain name, moving from a local server to a live site, or switching to a subdomain.

Follow the steps to Change WordPress Site URLs

1. Simply login to your “WordPress Dashboard”

2. Go to Settings » General

3. Here, you can change your WordPress site URLs in the “Site Title” “Tagline” “WordPress Address” and ‘Site Address’ boxes.

Then, in order to save your URL changes, click the “Save Changes” button. You can now check your website to make sure everything is functioning properly.
